TRAINING
This training suite has 3 eLearning courses to strengthen the capacity to respond to domestic violence. A foundational module for all employees; a responder module for people in the workplace with additional responsibilities for workplace safety; and a domestic violence training for senior leadership. The trainings are designed to help you learn at your own pace and in your own environment at your own convenience.

Canadian employers lose an estimated $77.9 million annually due to the direct and indirect impacts of domestic violence. When a worker is experiencing domestic violence or using abusive behaviour, workplace safety and morale is frequently compromised.
